Why would you stop contact in a first place then?
He'll swim back if the feelings are there. Trust me I would since I'm a pisces man.

Pisces tend to approach things differently and we go off energy. If something feels too good then well put a pause on it to see what comes from it.

"He claimed himself to be very indecisive" = He can't decide between several options.
Bailing out like that after you suggested to come visit him is a HUGE red flag.
It usually means: 1) he doesn't want his friends to see you; 2) he doesn't want his neighbours to see you; 3) he doesn't want his girlfriend to see you (or hear about you from his friends/neighbours.
You need to move on...

Hmm, he said he was indecisive, that's a personality thing not necessarily Piscean. However, I don't think he's probably as doubtful as he may say. He knows what he wants if he's genuinely interested he'll come back. I think it could be a few things: 1. He's just busy with life (it happens), 2. An emergency came up, 3. He likes you more than he's ready for right now (it's overwhelming|unexpected) so he's trying to manage it (make sense of it aka placing you [where you belong in his life]) before coming back, 4. You interrupted the waters, emotionally, etc., by trying to move in closer before the agreed upon time. Could've messed up his emotional/mental headspace. Slow down, relax, just let him be if he's interested he'll come back. But next time, let him lead or agree to the terms you both discussed. He may be too sweet (right now) to say something, but it probably bothered him, so he got low on you for a little while. 5. He's not interested.

Hey guys,
Need your insights on my situation with a Pisces man.
Met online, hit it off instantly on our first date, texted for months (we’re in different countries), he came to visit, continued texting/calling in a romantic flirty manner, discussed our plans to meet again in a few months but then I couldn’t wait any longer and suggested I would come visit him. That’s when things went terribly wrong. He stopped initiating conversations though replies to my texts. I stopped reaching out and it’s been almost two weeks with no contact on both parts. I assume I’ve scared him away by being way too proactive and speeding things up. He claimed himself to be very indecisive so I took it as a sign to take the lead (silly me?).
Any thoughts on how to deal with current situation?
