Stalking —

If a person is into you, very attracted to you . . won't they gravitate towards you with the intentions of getting your attention?

If you want this person to pursue you, it makes you feel giddy inside, desirable and beautiful . . if you don't want this person to pursue you, it's stalking.

So, if it's just YOUR perception according to your attraction to the other person, does that change the intention of the person who likes you into being a stalker?

I had to get a restraing order against someone a year and half ago.I think stalking goes a little more beyond the fact that someone's perception changes. I've had guys that pursued me a little too much, even when they knew I wasn't interested, or they thought they could change my mind, but I didn't consider them stalking me, only when I started to not feel safe and my personal space was violated again and again, did I start to feel like it was stalking. Calling someone's phone and blocking your number or calling and hanging up, sending letters with no return address, watching you while you go to work or into your home, and then showing up at your door after you've done all this and not leaving when asked to..that didn't make me feel beautiful or desirable.
