Yes, I agree, though I would say that is very much what I have enjoyed about Europe in general, walking through so much living history. What struck me most about Paris is how literally everything is art, the houses, the bridges, the fountains, the gardens and even the cemeteries. Sublime.

@ Elusive: Interesting to say the least, from the complications of having a plant reach its full growth and full productive stage in 5 years time to the subsequent processes of the beans, treatment and storage, to the roller coaster of the market prices, leaving you to fend off through periods of 5 to 10 years of meagre prices to sudden boosts to unimaginable heights -right when production is not at its best just having come out of the crisis-. Risky stuff which decidedly demands resourceful planing and steady nerves.

In other words, far less glamorous than it would seem at first glance.- haha

Ups and downs through oscillating market prices. Much depends on timing and learning about the cycles as general guidelines, but random and unexpected factors also play a part, of course.

My end of the work ends at the stage immediately before roasting. This last stage often takes place at the country to which you are shipping.

What I mean is, your coffee that you drink... do you ever roast your own beans and make coffee with them? That would be awesome!

Yes and No. The brokering house which buys from me grants me complimentary batches, but they are composed of my coffee blended with that of their other clients. Excellent stuff though 🙂

I do love different languages, I wish I could speak at least one second language
fluently! I just am not sure which to focus on! There are many spanish only
speaking people where I work, so I have to communicate with them. However,
there is a slang french spoken frequently here and french is the only language I
ever took in school, and it was not for long. All of them are lovely I think!

Yep I agree. He's such a gentleman and kept apologizing saying he hoped he didn't go too far. This was one of many that he sent this particular day.

I'm sorry, I've been busy punching numbers for fun over at astromatch.com. 11 is the highest. Mr pisces and I scored only a 5.4 (9.5 in friendship). My Leo first love/highschool sweetheart and I scored 11's across the board. Interesting since thus far he's the only being that has made my toes curl.

Bahahahaha..... P-Angel and I scored a 10.3 out of 11 in love. Just sayin.
