When people underestimate you

In my normal everyday personal life, I'm pretty passive. I'm not argumentative or combative. I hate confrontation and usually ignore situations I feel are too complex or unrecoverable

HOWEVER, as a real estate agent, I AM A SHARK. I am aggressive in protecting my clients and petitioning my position.

Today I asked for an formal written explanation on a change to a contract and was not just shut down but barked at to get my clients to sign it. As I really read through it, I was being given leverage because the 5 people against me never read he put a less than sign where they wanted to put a greater than sign. Meaning no matter what, they have to pay my clients an obscene amount of money.

I'm not an "I told you so person" so when I realized the mistake, I asked my clients to sign it, explain it to them and quietly submitted the contract.

I love victories like this where people's intentions are met with their karma without my interference.

hell! yea! good for you girl! ...I think people underestimate certain signs all the time ...pisces placements, libra placements and cancer placements ....come to mind specifically 🙂 your clients are lucky people

I have the same problem, as a small female Libra.

I agree with the Cancan, it seems like Pisces, Leebs and Crabs, esp for women, are prone to be steamrolled if we don't make a point to show people who's boss. We have to put our foot down twice as hard, but when I do, that's what works for me. 🙂
