Why Are Pisces Shocked When Folks Are Not Afraid Of Their Temper?

I've noticed that Pisces become shocked and afraid when folks are not intimidated by their temper. My Sagittarius friend had an argument with her Pisces boyfriend. He pulled outa weapon on her. She grabbed it from his hand and attacked him with it. He took off running. Lol. I've had this happen with other Pisces. They were shocked when I wasn't afraid of their temper and fought them and they never fucked with me again after I fought them. I'm a Scorpio btw.

I got angry with a Libra once and shouted at him and slammed his phone down next to him...... in following conversations he said he was now worried that I might do worse, like through hot chip fat in his face or push him down the stairs etc..... !!!! Really—?!!!!!

I do have a quick temper, although very short lasting, and I think the only people that can deal with it are my parents and an ex of mine, who happens to be a Scorpio (about the only sign I have ever been with that has also had a temper to match and has never ever been shocked at me for mine!)........

So in answer to your question, I don't think there have been that many people who have NOT been shocked and/or intimidated..... we are the soft and gentle types aren't we 🙂

What the kind of people pull out weapons just because of an argument?

First of all, I can't believe I'm actually posting in this ridiculous troll thread ... but my ex-husband was a Pisces and everyone thought he was just the most calm and gentle creature alive - wouldn't hurt a soul - asking me what is wrong with me because I got upset with him all the time - totally frustrated in fact - I saw the anger when I pizzed him off and gave him back what he was giving me and he completely lost it - I never messed with him again - I would just walk away - because I didn't want to see that type of anger - he would have had to kill me if he ever touched me which he didn't because if he did, afterwards I would have his head on a silver platter.

Its always interesting to see how a pisces reacts to aggravations in the workplace. One always mutes the phone, cusses the person from A to B, then gets back on the phone w/ a pleasant voice lol

I'm not shocked, I'm actually impressed if i meet anyone and their not wimpering on the side after i dish out some pretty horrible stuff.

I am afraid if its a grown male who gets angry, only because thats actually physically terrifying and i dont know where i will end up.

simply because we are very versatile mentally (change our mind all the time. Up down up down, balance and look at all the options)

To me Pisces are evil. and seriously fake..

I noticed that Pisces treat strangers very well, they are so fake and NICE to the outside world.

But to their family, friends and entourage they are the total opposite. Abusive emotionally and physically. Very mean and negative..

So fake when you notice it, how they treat you VS how they treat random people on the streets...

Its 2 different personality. They tend to lie a lot too..

Not sure if they are all like this.. But this is my experience with the 4 Pisces that I know in real life

Thank you for that and I agree - totally - I got stories that would make your toes curl - he was so charming that my best childhood gf of 40 years took his side during the years leading up to our divorce. She was a Libra - think about that one - and I was always there for her all those years supporting her with her problems with her Scorpio husband. I ended up having to divorce both of them around the same time. Sometimes I think that I was supposed to have Libra in my life cause after that I met 2 nice Libra men. Of course one didn't work out but then another one came into my life. When I describe what I went through to present Libra he understands clearly - and would not agree if he didn't agree. And he pointed out things I didn't realize about the two of them so ... yep - my ex Pisces husband turned my stomach because I saw him for the person he was behind closed doors and I was not impressed at all.

but I do that as well lol ... except if I am upset emotionally about something - then I can not hide my woe in my voice / mannerisms / behavior

I have no problems with their temper, I don't bring it out in them and I certainly have no desire to fight it.

If a Pisces has a temper, there's always a reason for it, because they are so sensitive.

I usually get to the bottom of it and solve the problem right there, or leave them alone to sulk.

I saw the sensitivity when trying to get the Pisces to look at themselves and the part they played in the current situation. He always thought he was right but when I tried to make other logical points he would get so angry that I wasn't listening and understanding what he was trying to say. Yes, I did hear him and understand what he was trying to say. I just didn't agree and that pizzed him off big time. Oh well. One can not always be right and too bad if you're not.

Because Pisces doesn't want to hurt other people, unless they're fucked up in some way. They'll bite back anger to avoid confrontation, much like a Libra, except a Libra is thinking rationally, and a Pisces is just dealing with it emotionally.

I prefer emotional anger to coldness or people who are closed off from their emotions, so I guess it's also partly what one is comfortable with.

My experience with that is different. I think that is BS. They might come off that way but that is part of the trying to maintain the charm and be all that which they really are not. I've know Pisces that are hurtful on a daily basis. Of course they don't want to see it that way but if you pizz me off, you are going to know it. And then they deny it (they can't see it) which enrages me even further. They don't even see what they are saying/doing and when you try to point out your opinion they get angry. WTF?

Pisces, especially Pisces men, are absolute masters of self-delusion if there is something they do not want to admit about themselves. Sounds like that's what you were dealing with.

It depends on how mature they are and other aspects, as well, I think. I mean, if you break down why Pisces don't want to hurt other people, it's two-fold. On the one hand, they do tend to be empathetic and not want to cause pain (unless they're operating in vengeance mode, which does seem to happen to some bad Pisces) but they also want to be "good" people and feel like "good" people. Sometimes a Pisces will short-cut being a good person, and just fool themselves so they still get to feel like one. I should know. I have a Pisces moon, and I've been guilty of this before.

I agree - so many other things factor into a persons behavior and it proves that there are good and bad in every sign, shape, size, color, etc. I can only speak about the handful I have encountered in my life and the one I lived with for a long time. It is most likely why someone like myself - as a Taurus/Cap/Aries finds it hard to trust in a person who doesn't show "real face". When the face changes from outside the house to the inside it baffles me to no end - who is this person really? Therein lies the astrological conundrum! Is that fixed versus mutable or whatever? And I have a Pisces Mars but I think that plays a very different role!

I have 2 Pisces ex's and I wasn't scared of either of them. In fact, they were more scared of my temper than the other way around. I don't know why ??‍♀️ it's not like I'm violent, just very, loudly, vocal ??

heres the first issue...youre a scorpio so you THINK you know what youre talking about lol I have to tell my little stinger boyfriend this all the time. We dont care if youre shocked. we dont do things for shock value...i would leave that to u scorpios, aquas, and fire signs. Maybe your old friend was just seduced by this Pisces? I can't really blame someone in this position,

because Pisces are always nice to others ( strangers ) but not to the close people around them...

ok i actually used to when i had bad depression. like... sometimes i went in these bad moods where i switched off all emotion and wouldn't let anyone control me. but that meant being a cold bitch to people for no reason. when i realised i hurt someone's feelings like that it would break my heart... but i couldn't let that be known because i wanted people to take my bad mood seriously. or like in public places i would get anxiety so i would turn really cold towards the person with me... kind of like i was frozen. it's hard to explain anxiety. that icyness put me into complete silence - unless someone kept pushing me to snap out of it (my taurus mum for example) then i would lash out in a hot emotional shitstorm (shouting, crying, physical violence).

i really think i got this tendency from my dad because he did the same to me.

i don't do this anymore because i had a few years of isolation, as well as an abusive relationship where the dude (ironically pisces) did the same episodes to me, and also used me to fill a void in his life. so i had to control my emotions to keep him happy - but i wasn't happy and it showed.

i don't appreciate being called fake. my emotions are always genuine and i hate them being taken advantage of. i rarely get angry because frankly it's embarrassing but nowadays i try to channel my aqua mercury by speaking up when my emotions are negative, rather than go silent and hiding. turns out it's really effective for both people.
