Why do pisces women attract cap men

I always wondered am I the only Pisces woman that attracts so many cap men. But the question is also what do they want and expect from me usually remains a mystery to men.

There is again this cap man so caring and calming, friendly and calling almost every day for no serious reason and I wonder again and again what is he waiting for?

This one has a pisces rising and I am Scorpio rising...and I am not attracted to him sexually although he's very handsome. His behaviour is what captured me especially when he's behaving fatherly and tender.
