Weird is awesome. lol. Im actually dating a poet; hes an Aries. Im a singer, songwriter, actress. I love the arts. Most Pisces do, so Im surprised your friends would react that way. THEY must be weird.

So the two Pisces friends I have messaged me about a video I posted of me reciting my poetry (Its slam poetry) and both said something along the lines of "Good for you for posting that, although poetry is just weird." I feel as if they think of me a a little bit of a lame person for writing a lot, for having this kind of outlet versus something more physical. I've had other people say that about poets too, how they seem a little too book-y, pretentious, etc, for their liking and that it all comes off as a laughable hobby.

Do most Pisces think like this? Does the idea of being with a person who has more internal or creative outlets make them seem "weird" or "lame" to you? I can't really explain it, aha. My videos are kind of heated, very emotional, but I never thought they would make me come off as weird. I think I act pretty normal in them...

I think the fact that you consider yourself as endowed with more "internal or creative outlets" is what causes the problems? I don't know you or these Pisces but, I don't respond to arrogance or presumption well, at all.

fers to overbearing pride. Everyone has a way in which they deal with their problems, or their feelings. Some people run, other people read, I write. Did I ever say that my outlets were superior to any of the outlets mentioned above? Dealing with things in a different manner than the people I know doesn't come off to me as being arrogant. I'm simply aware that my means of coping are different. I never said that they were better, just simply different. There are many people who write to cope, I'm not special nor do I think I am.

I was just stating the reality of my tendencies. I don't physically deal with my problems, I internalize them and use writing as an outlet. That is the way things are, it is who I am. I'm endowed with my own coping mechanisms, as are others. Some cope similarly to me, other do not. How is mentioning that arrogant?
