My ex is a Virgo. I skipped the partying thing altogether, my oldest girl came just shy of my 20th birthday so I grew up rather quickly with her care. Turned 39 in April I did. 🙂

I don't think that's boring at all. My family is all musical. I sing and play clarinet. My mother plays piano, violin and acoustic guitar, my uncle electric guitar and drum, my Great Grandfather the organ and traveled around playing. All of us have to have music. If it's not on, we're singing. It's in the blood. And hey! You can play that? SWEET!

I understand. My number is roughly the same. Leo, my first daughters father, Scorpio, engaged to him for a time, and then Virgo, my husband of 13 years. Those are my great romances to date. I just don't operate well under the guise of NON-significant other. It doesn't suit me, at all.

That's quite possible. There was definitely a rift with the Virgo and my oldest girl. It was her and I against the world when we started dating. And it carried on all through her teen years, and even to this day there is animosity. That was a difficult position for me, loved them both.

Heyyyy, I don't let one stinker sour the whole patch. And I will flat out admit that the relationship was great on so many levels before the communication went downhill. But that was both of our faults. I do not lay all the blame at his door.

You know, I've had 2 years to ponder this one. Outside of all the mess and pain. And I think because he was prone to explosive tempers, and I mean tantrums. No joke. I lost respect for the man. I wanted to paddle his bottom and put him in a corner. Strike one with a Bull. It then morphed into this vicious circle of he attacking my parenting ( or rather the way MY daughter was, not our two children ), the way I handled money, and I'd come back with my own brand of Ice Queen. It spiraled out of control at that point, when we should have sat down and just hashed everything out. My pride and his, it was a lethal combination.
The mental and subsequent physical affair on his part was that I didn't put up with much in the latter year or two, and he wanted some hero worship. Which he found in full force in a much younger female.

And thank you! *curtseying* In all seriousness though I've isolated it down to one cold fact. He was a boy, and I definitely need a man. There's a distinct difference. Someone strong enough to stand by and with me.
