To reset my mind, I have to isolate myself and either do some type of physical activity, or completely forget about a task at hand and just relax. I think this may have something to do with my moon in Capricorn. I'm not good with the feels, I have to express it in my own time. How about y'all?

I like to go on a good 10 mile walk, which is pretty much 16km. It takes about 3 hours total for me, but that time is mostly spent questioning lots of things, and sorting out my negative and positive thoughts. Its a good time to think about vices and goals, and prep myself on how I want to change my life. Sometimes I love to just feel and hear the outdoors too. It doesn't even have to be in nature, though I prefer it, even the city beats the droning hum of being enclosed within 4 walls. I actually enjoy the feeling after I'm done. Not only the feeling of completing the journey, but also my body feeling weak and like jello. It makes me feel satisfied. Like I actually made use of my body for once, and because of that I was able to organize some of my thoughts better. Sometimes I like to challenge myself also. Like to just go a little further then I think I really can, or add some hiking to the walk. Sometimes I exit the vehicle at the end of the day, and hobble into my house like I'm 90 or something. It makes me feel happy, because I feel like I truly deserve the right to rest within those 4 walls, and listen to the droning hum once again. I know the next day I will be even more eager to shake off the sore muscles from yesterday, and make some new ones today.

I’m aware of extroverts. They come off very draining to me. But surely at some point they seek some deep solitude?

Extroverts don't that much - they need people around to get energy

I would say I get depressed as much as recharged when alone. I have pretty bad mood swings and then when people are around I quickly snap out of them

That's true, but I'm sure there's no one that is 100% extra or 100% intro....I'm technically ENTJ, but 51% ex/49% intro...kind of an ambivert I guess?
