Imo, cap man and Libra woman are better off as intimate FWB. Go to museums, concerts, movies and restaurants together. Sometimes stay over and cook with each other. Keep it light.

From my perspective, when there's an attempt with a relationship, you begin to grate on each other's nerves. Irritations over small shit and bitter, sarcastic barbs after a while.

Distance makes the link last longer.

I agree with this. It makes sense.. it's a long distance situation

I made a cap cry once and I’m a Libra but I think it had to do with his other water placements. Some caps are as dry as a board. Not intellectual. This can be super attractive to a Libra, especially if the Cap has those mysterious-to-Libra traits such as nonstop work and stoicism...Libra wants to FIGURE OUT WHY THAT STUFF IS HAPPENING. We also love a challenge. We like to try to treetrunk brick walls with our charm. We also like to dispel demons and Caps are sort of dark like that.

I know this because I’m currently trying to get a Cap.

This magnetism, however, will not last. Or if it does, it will eventually be from one side only. Libra will get annoyed that they can’t have flights of fancy conversations unless the Cap has some air sign influences in the chart. Libras love to talk and Caps are more action less talk. Eventually, even though Libra shape-shifted to become what the Cap wanted in the beginning—-Libras becomes their partners, for like, a month—-eventually all that Libra indecisiveness and “laziness” (let’s face it, we need down time like we need air) will show up and Cap might become disillusioned. But this is a generalization and highly dependent on the rest of the chart. Venus Mars Moon Mercury aspects.
