I'd say GEMINI & SAGG. b/c of their natural desire/craving for variety, whether they are committed or not. The Gems & Sagg's that actually don't cheat on their partners want to, it's just that they somehow found a way to get their need for variety and/or new adventures under control lol. But I put these 2 signs in the cateogory of PHYSICAL cheating vs. emotional cheating.
The biggest EMOTIONAL CHEATER award goes to Libra! Thing is, Libras sometimes don't even realize they are crossing the line and/or technically cheating & I say that b/c alot of their personality is often misunderstood/misinterpreted anyways. Libras are natural flirters & while most of them swear they don't mean any harm, that doesn't mean that harm isn't actually done and/or that the other person feels/sees things the same way. Libras are known for still communicating with those from the past (even if there is NO gain in this). And they are also known for being easily emotionally influenced, and especially by someone who'se had their heart before. Problem is, to some people, this fits the description of what it means to emotionally cheat. Libras can have a hard time saying no and/or not being able to look at things outside of the box & to their partners, this can be a fatal combination to a relationship, especially if a Libra has no good/valid reason for keeping up the contact with someone that everyone else on the outside considers a "threat," or temptation
