Do you seek out particular signs?

Through my own experiences and information I've read, I've pretty much picked two or so signs that I would most like to date. But life doesn't work that way.

Do you consider the star sign of a potential partner? Would you say no to someone if they were a sign you didn't think you were compatiable with? Would you actively persue someone of a particular sign BECAUSE they were that particular sign?

I just always find myself attracted to cancers - without even knowing they are.

I think you do yourself and others a huge disservice to discriminate about signs. A sun sign is only the tip of an iceberg regarding someone's astrological personality not to mention, you need to see how you match up in the synastry department. That is according to astrology but I don't live my life that way. Astrology won't dictate what I feel or how open I am to meeting new people. Once I am interested in someone, I may want to know their sign and see if astrology compares to my impression rather than the other way around.

I don't look for a particular sign, but this year I have been attracting alot of virgos. I wonder whats in store for next year...

It appears to me that most people really LIKE a new person at first, but then, once they get to know deeper qualities, they realize that they aren't compatible .. and this seems to be consistant with certain people and certain signs. So, though, a sign wouldn't necessarily be the initial attraction/deterrent .. we should all realize after experience that the deeper qualities of a person is who we have to relate with if we are to be with them and most times NOT the first impression.

People normally give off impressions of what they want somebody to see. It's not until later that we realize this was a false front to gain your attention. Normally, people who don't get along with Cancer, or Cap, or Pisces, etc. generally never find the ability to relate because of these very qualities once the honeymoon is over.

So, why not make this determination ahead of time, instead of falling head first into the same old pile of shit?

After further thought .. there's no probably to it. If I thought that I wasn't compatible with another person, for any reason, I would definitely say no.

I'm certain that's why we have forsight .. to discern what would be right for us, and what would be wrong. Perhaps, that's why people have so many relationship problems .. we ignore what our intuition tells us and erroneously believe we change a person, when initially, we comprehended that we weren't compatible.
