he blocked me, but still views my stories.

im talking to a man with a cancer stellium in my 8th house, we’ve been friends for a long time and recently became a little more than friends.

when we were just friends, there were times I would upset him and he would give me the silent treatment. he would eventually get over it, but only after I tell him how sorry I am.

this time, we live on other sides of the world. I said something, he took it the wrong way, I didn’t immediately apologize which I now regret. he hasn’t spoken to me since.

I sent him 2 texts saying hey, hope you’re still not mad at me.

I got drunk one night and decided to call him. no answer. okay. then a few hours later, I decided to finally give a real apology after reflecting on why I said what I said was wrong, only to find out my text was sent as green which usually means I’m blocked if I’m not mistaken. I haven’t tried calling him so I don’t know if it’ll go straight to voice mail or not, I thought this was the end, but what confuses me is he still views my stories.

From experience, when an ex was done with me to the point they block me, they block me on all forms of social media. he’s only blocked my number as far as I can tell. he’s not an ex, but we’ve been friends for over 10 years so it stings pretty bad for him to cut me off this way.

another possibility is he didn’t block me and it just randomly had bad reception (it’s sent as green text a few times before, but right now I’m too scared to text him again to see if it’ll be green.)

does him viewing my stories mean anything? my intuition says yes, I know it doesn’t mean anything for most people, but I think for him it means he still has space in his heart to forgive me. I care about him alot and wish I just apologized alot earlier.
