I read that it does represent duty, commitment and longevity. However, it symbolizes hard communication, difficulty getting "bellow the surface", never fully being able to understand and grasp the relationship. Given that effect and the difficulty breaking from it... it seems like a nightmare and very accurate.

I hate composite charts...they make no sense to me. But yeah, if I recall correctly, me and my Libra have a Saturn heavy chart.

In synastry our "tightest" aspects are Saturn aspects...
Sun conjunct Saturn
Mars square Saturn
Saturn Conjunct Uranus

It will be 10 years this year...not counting a few breakups...
We never stayed broken up for long & I honestly never pictured myself not ending up with him in the end.

As far as Saturn's effects...I definitely see it. We don't fight much anymore, but it took a lot of growing up to do on both our parts to get here. The way we used to fight...omg, it was always a BLOW OUT (cannot emphasize that enough.)

We also seem unable to let go of one another - especially him, which makes sense him being the Saturn person.

It's true about the relationship feeling fated/karmic. Intense is the best way to describe it.
Being with him has taught me a lot about myself and changed me a lot too - mostly for the better!

We're opposites in a lot of ways...but I think it's a nice balance. We make a good team.
Makes sense for a Libra relationship 😛
