My BF (Pisces w\ Mars in Aqua) wants me to choke him (and he wants to choke me) - referred to himself as a little kinky which is what prompted this thread. If you're using a gag, don't use a word. Give them a small object to hold in one hand (if she's gagged, she's probably bound or cuffed in some way). Dropping the object replaces the safe word. Can't expect her to say flamingo with her mouth full...
