Mars (Women) Venus - Moon (Men) What is your type?

Acordding to a basic description of astrology, the mars describes in a woman´s chart the type of man she is interested to. As well, we can see in the men´s chart his type of girl based on the moon and venus. Personally I find this pretty acurate. I have scorpio mars and personally can relate that "A woman with Mars in this position may be attracted to men who are powerful in some way, deep and mysterious. Someone who is dark, smoldering and intense. In the extreme, however, they may be cruel and abusive, alternating with periods of deep passion contrasted with coldness. " I cant go against it, it´s almost instictive. As a personal taste I find James Dean, Norman Reedus, Rudolph Valentino etc as a pretty good looking people. I find myself -most of the time- really atracted to moon, venus, mars in scorpio placements.

So, in order to discuss that:
Do you find acurate the astology description of your type?
What is your type?
I you are aboy, do you feel atracted more to your moon or venus type?

I thik that there´s a conection between astrology and some postulates of psychoanalisis. The moon in a men´s chart reflect the relationship with the mother, and in a future defines in some unconscious way the caracteristic that he will looking for in a woman. I think it is pretty difficult make a consensus, because some people feels more comfortable with their venus than with their moons. That´s is something that I really want to know.

Yes, I can relate that. I guess that it is your cancer moon that enters in the game. The gem people tends to be pretty easy going and unstable. The cancer moon needs a ground to be confortable. Someone said that we need to look the whole chart. In your case the moon requires a deep comunication that goes beyond of the flirty gem trait.

This is not innacurate, venus represents the ideal LOVER while the moon represents the WIFE in a mans chart. Ideally they would be in similiar signs.

Well in 3/4 cases, they will be not (in similar signs).

Which assumes that 3/4 of men do not mary someone they actually fancy!

Or that they avoid their very real, perfect woman and go marry plan B.

Aqua with Aqua Venus and Leo moon. Mum is Gemini. Wife of 50 years is Taurus

Libra with Taurus Venus and Libra moon. Mum is Taurus, wife of 10+ years is Pisces.

Pisces with Aries Venus and Gemini moon. Mum is Libra. Partner of 10+ years is Pisces.

Aqua with Aries Moon and Cap Venus. Mum— Wives were: Virgo, Leo, Aqua. Latest one is probably water…lol

Leo with Virgo Venus and Libra moon. Mum — Wife of 10+ years is Libra. Ahhh…the exception that does NOT confirm the rule…Wife’s got Leo Moon!

Gemini with Gem Venus and Aries Mars. Mum is Scorpio. wife of 10+ years is Leo.

I see that a lot with women with libra mars, they go for double libras or aqua mars men and women go for double aquas,

or the opposite, they have leo mars and like the aqua sun, or moon.

yeah I am never attracted to air venus, moons, or mars. but I love my family members who have them, (platonic love) although I did get with an ex who had aqua mars. I didn't like him. he was more into me than I was ever into him when I look back. it's better to be with someone you find EQUAL love/passion. it's not good to be with someone where they are more into you than you are them, or vice versa. yuck.

I don't get this either. My husband has cancer moon and cap venus. I have almost zero earth in my chart. He says that its me who sets the parameters for his ideal.. There is no other ideal he had ever since he has known me. Though hus sun does conjunct my mars and i am very attracted to him.

Hmmm yea, me ex is Gem with Scorpio Mars so he had that intensity lurking beneath, but then his Aqua Moon was just like wtf? Even though it matched my Sag Moon well he just wasn't "reachable" kept emotions hidden :/

At this point in my dating life an air Venus is my greatest nightmare lol. I never thought I'd start discriminating against placements again but I swear if I open up a chart and it has a gem Venus I'm canceling that date. 😆

I can do other air Mars. And despite the fact we don't really get each other air moons seem to really like me. I have no idea why. They talk about how much emotion makes them uncomfortable yet I'm never shy about the fact I'm hyper emotional. Weirdos lol.

I have a strong 11th house. But the thought of dating an aqua is also scary to me. No offense. 😆

lmao, none taken. I'm scared of them too, but only the super airy ones. I dont think i can hang to be very honest. the air suns/air moons air venuses are never on my radar and vice versa. I've been spoiled rotten by water/fire men and that's the truth. 😛 i'm very sure that there are some girls here on dxp who are spoiled rotten by airy men, I just don't see many. lol maybe they are out and about in the real world and not a homebody. heehee.

I saw you around before, a few times, you hang out a lot at the Gemini forum. So that's why!! you had an ex Gemini. 😛 I thought for some reason you had a Gemini moon, but I guess your Gemini mars was what drew you to Gemini men a lot. And yeah I don't think water ladies would get with any guy that doesn't have water in his chart! and with cancer sun ladies, the Taurus /Taurus moon ect loves you all. I've seen it a lot!! my sister has Taurus moon and her first boyfriend is a cancer sun, but she does have cancer cusp rising too, and is cancer dominant. the other one, her long term ex before this one, is a cancer sun! so weird!! my hubby is a 4th house sun, that's about it. 😛

Eh, packed 5th house so I get along great with fire signs...PLATONICALLY. I swear if I never date another Aries or Leo Venus, it will have been a life well lived.
