I was born and raised with assertive parents. Virgo and Sagittarius.
I am a Taurus and I would definitely not say I am alpha. More like beta, but majority of it is assertive-ness. My Pisces brother not so assertive. So my assertive-ness will take control of stubborness or selfish or indecisive judgements I make in life. I hope to it would be for the better.

I don't have kids but I can picture myself being the assertive-feminine parent..

My mom is very OCD ish and let me tell you. If I don't clean to her expectations. Omg. I am in trouble like a little kid.

I don't know signs like that. Based off sun signs alone. And personal experiences with someone else I may forgotten. That you can speak on.
