Need your advice on Cap crush

So i have a crush on this Capricorn guy at my workplace. He has shifted his job now.

He kind of knows that i am interested in him as i found out his name, searched him on social media and added him there.

The first time i texted him, he left the conversation after 2 messages just like that. No reply no update nothing.

So i ignored him.

One month later he sent me a link to one of the songs he played. Casual "you sing well, thank you" and the end.

Two months after that, on new year he again texted me and we chatted for a couple of hours.

And nothing since then.

What should i do like should i initiate any chat or let him do that coz i don't want to be left midway just like the 1st time.

Advice please?
