But you have water sun/mars and cap moon making you more sensitive or emotional than her 🙂 anyway, it's good!

Hmm. It matters when you want the exact degrees, house placements, etc. Sometimes when the moon is moving to another sign...there you will need time because you could either be a Cap moon or Aqua moon.

Do you know approximate time? Like about...8pm or something if not 8.13 pm.. You know like that. 🙂

Yeah because perhaps she sees you as "safe" and more stable than her. You can offer her security or a sense of "center". But just know that Libras are best when they can balance their own scales through someone who brings a form of mental calisthenics or sharpening. Like I said, compared to a Libra, Cancers are lukewarm. You will cause her to be complacent because you will eventually give in and be really accommodating, for which she may blame you for not having any fight or tough leather for her to mentally chew on.

Friends, yes. But a couple, no. Again, this is from my own opinion and experience.

You should just try it and see what happens. The balance is tricky because anything can tip a libras scale--it could be calling too much or not enough. Again, you trying to decide if youre the right one for her (just because she said so) is something we've all done but means nothing until you just jump in and ride. All I can say is be yourself, stay firm, own and protect your emotions and don't let her drive you. Because she will try and test you. In fact she's done it already by telling YOU that you'd make a good boyfriend. 😉
