Not true for me (Aries Mars). I have never been attracted to fire sign men. I admire intelligence, composure and good manners in a man!
My ex was Mars in Aries though. We had one single lame fight in two years...lol.
I prefer this interpretation: "Mars is like the volcano of vitality inside you that must be released and channeled. fire mars is a good mars. No mind games. they get annoyed by it.

To be honest, I haven't really noticed a pattern in Mars placements that I'm attracting. However, I have noticed that I've been attracted to Venus in Virgo men.

Yeah, the guy I briefly dated and liked about 10 yrs ago was a Venus in cancer. Thank God, nothing happened past brief dating because he was soooooooo immature and idiotic. He was nice to look at but when he opened his mouth, I wanted to kilo myself.

The only pattern I've noticed is that the sun sign and mars sign were in the same element for the guys.
I've dated a scorp sun scorp mars, an aqua sun gem mars, and now a leo sun leo mars.
I am mars in Gemini, attracted most to fellow mars in Gemini and mars in Aquarius.
Mars in Gem always "fucks the prom queen"

Romantically, my two exes before my marriage were Aries mars. My husband though has Taurus mars, and it was an energy I was unfamiliar with. It took a while for me to understand and get used to it. He's not a go-getter the way an Aries mars is. The way he goes about things is he takes time to decide whether something is worth working towards. Once he decides that it is, he'll put all his effort into making it happen. Very slow and steady type, but relentless and determined. I love it! 😄

earth mars they are my female buddies. but i dont like it romantically i notice. nor do i like earth venus. i dont like either.
i believe in the basic fundamentally values.
they SERVE women, so they must SERVE.
i want to be the one serving, not them. so it works out for me that i SERVE my husband, and it's what i love.
these are fundamentally basic values we adore in eachother.
after years of learning on dxp i'm learning that there are women who like equal in partnerships, they both serve eachother in some ways.
but both parties have to be fundamentally aligned in what they want in life.

the gemini mars man we know in real life, is an aries sun, and he's with a libra sun. Now i dont know her planets but she has a Scorpio sun father, and i feel she has Scorpio planets....
it would make alot of sense since it is opposite attracts to his taurus moon. and his gemini mars is trine her sun sign. she doesn't go out often because she stresses out easily.

I do like mercurial men. The Virgo has a cap Mars though. Very determined, earthy and steady.

oh ok well pullen in astro.com counts houses as water. lol and some astrology sites do.
astrotheme from what i notice does not. only focuses on elements dominant, but do focus on houses. it's just that they dont count the elements.
and its like you're supposed to figure out that houses that are dominant for you are important. (to those that have rising signs on astrotheme only)

Sag Mars too... I'm serious about things but my approach is positive but I can definitely see that "not taking things seriously aspect". I just think that sometimes people say or do things just on the surface and that def makes it hard to take them/it serious... but if someone shows me they are serious i would def be serious too.

Hes a Stellium Scorpio, and I am a Stellium Aqua, BUT our Asc are conjunct, and our MCs are conjunct, that is about all I can figure so far.
I have Saturn in Leo, 12th house. Now in the Synastry chart, my Moon and Venus are trine with our MCs, then grand trine with his mercury/uranus
The composite chart shows planets in 1st house through 4th house including sun, 7th house only moon, planets in the 8th house.
Our charts are really wierd.
Also other than Mars in Cancer and Uranus in Scorpio, I have NO other water.
Oh wait no, hes not a Stellium Scorp, his mercury is Libra. I'm the one with the difficult chart. 4 planets in Aquarius, and just because.....all of them in the 5th house as well.

yes, if he's got 3 planets it's considered a stellium. Some like more than 3, but 3, is fine.
mercury libra is good especially for your stellium aqua. and his gemini moon. you both form a nice air trine in a way.

It goes well. It's a calm, comfortable relationship. The only arguing that occurs is due to both is us being indecisive. We're both rather emotionally stable and mature people and,for the most part, we look past our ego when it comes to each other. His complaint might be that I don't show enough love and my complaint would be that he's a little sensitive. But, they're not huge issues for us. We both like to share responsibilities, though he's happier when he's doing things for me and since I'm lazy, that works for me.
I just remembered that I'm also same element sun and mars...pisces and cancer. I fit in to that pattern as well. : 0

that's cool. i think it's my cap, because i like a man who is good with money and financially good, like i can smell the scent of money even though money is not important, but it IS because you need money for financial freedom and to bring up your family, so no one starves, ect.
EDIT i understand why capricorn women get dubbed jokingly as golddiggers, or even taurus and cancer.
but it's just a mean terminology. i need the security big time.

this reminds me too what your post triggered. My 1st house forms a trine to my husband's leo and sag parts He has no aries, but he has aqua in the 1st. and my first house seems to complete the fire trine in us. as weird and abstract that is. lol and we both form a nice earth trine too.

I'm cap dominant, but I always end up with guys who make less money than me. I guess it's a sacrifice I'm meant to make in life. : ( But, yeah, I agree. It's logical to make choices that will lead to a decent financial situation for you/your family.

i Always wondered why i attracted men in the past who were highly professional, men in suits and men who make alot of money. It triggered to me when i was mentioning about a leo girlfriend co-worker who i got along with...i mentioned her and i wondered why i felt competition with her. when i wasn't in any competition at all. Then i rememeber she was Always admiring me cause i attract the big money guys in the past and used to encourage me to marry the men who were chasing me who had milliions and a high profile career.
but i Always chose love though, so maybe that's my dumb sacrifice....it must be an energy thing with me.
