Please help with a cap guy
Why are you confused exactly? You shouldn't be. You said "he SORT OF knows". What does that mean? That's actually the confusing part. Do you want him to assume that you like him because you added him on social media? 🙁🤦 That means little to nothing.
As an adult, being DIRECT is often times, necessary. If you're not CRYSTAL CLEAR, how can he be? Know what I mean?

I said he sort of knows because one of my colleagues approached him one fine day & told him "somebody on the floor likes you", and he has seen me checking him out everytime he is around. And to top it, i added him on social media where i shouldn't even be knowing his name. So i believe that he knows i like him.

If you don't directly tell him yourself, then an assumption is JUST THAT. In telling him, you ACTUALLY place the ball in his court.
