Caps are slow. Earth is just slow. He is making time for you (or he wants to) that is huge for Capricorn their time is like numero uno. So you've got that going for you.
Caps are also very realistic/pessimistic so just as much as you are reading into his leaving you on read (not sure what that means but sounds like something you don't want) he is possibly reading into you cancelling plans , and it's good that you communicate you did miss him and want to see him. Earth needs direct messages like that.
His expectations are probably realistic in that he is not thinking much past a possible meetup with you. Any ad all deeper meaning will be acknowledged and/or processed by him when it is safe to do so.

I would totally disagree with Caps are slow. I think the women are, a Cap sun Aries rising is going to be impulsive and if you won't spend time with them they are going to find someone who will. Also, I would not invest in this dude as far as a long term relationship because when they are young they are a little on the wild side. I would say when he gets into his later 20's he will be more serious about setting down if he's younger than that, I would just have fun with this dude and take it easy.

He’s older than me. 26. I’m not 100% sure if he’s really an Aries rising cause he doesn’t know what time he was born that was just me doing his birth chart and setting the time to 12

Thanks 😉 Not entirely sure why, but even the guy who violated me without my consent did not make me as disgusted with myself as the cap guy has done. I hated myself, was disgusted and only full of regret. Threw up.
I think most of all it was because he turned out to be such a fake person. And got something good from me based on being that fake person. That is disgusting. Biggest liar I ever met is this guy. Hope he finds true love for himself.

I’ve known this Capricorn guy for a little over year now. I’m not really sure his chart but from my guess calculating lol he’d be a Scorpio moon and an Aries rising.
We met a year ago on my study abroad trip and he was really nice and cute so we spent a lot of time together while I was there and he was just so charming and affectionate. When I left we decided to keep in touch and planned to see each other again. We both go to school and work and live in two different countries so sometimes time difference got in the way.
But after a while him responding to my text or calling me back would become less and less until I said forget it and moved on. He’d still comment on my stories on Instagram or I’ll comment on his every once in a while. The thing that bothers me the most is he says he’s always busy with work and school which is understandable but I feel if you have time to open my message to leave me on read or not open my message at all but still post on social media then you could’ve text back but instead you’re choosing not to.
Anyways after months of no communication I moved on and was dating someone else but it wasn’t really going well. If you seen my other post (the cancer🤮) after that mess I randomly got a call from Capricorn asking me to meet him in LA this month in August cause he wants to see me and we had a little catching up convo.
I ended up not being able to go and I apologized to him cause I feel like when we plan stuff it doesn’t go through because there’s always a problem with my schedule. In the message a slightly expressed to him that I do miss him and want to be around him again. He left me on read. I’ve been told Capricorn’s sometimes need time to process things when stuff like that happens so I gave him some time. After about 5 days and no response I asked was he okay and he said yes he “thought” he responded 🙄
He ended up telling me he’s gonna go somewhere else in September and now I know I’ll for sure be able to go too but once again after I told him he left me on read. I don’t wanna come off too strong with my firey energy and chew him out about it cause that’s all I can think of to do! He’s very sweet when we do talk and has expressed his attraction to me and uses cute little names for me but still. We’re too far away for things not to be direct.
I just need help on how to approach this situation
