I've seen

3 Libra-Libra couples
1 Capri-Capri couple
1 Virgo-virgo couple
1 Taurus-Taurus couple
1 Aries-Aries couple.

They all look so blissful it amazed me.
I'd say the Capri-Capri couple look like Libras - they have a beautiful Libra female child - the most peaceful, serene looks on their faces
The Aries-Aries are going strong - the female Aries is genuinely kindhearted and her beau is also nice!
Virgo-virgo - mixed - seems like the typical virgo negativity and unromantic couple, but the guy looks at no other.
Taurus-taurus - nice home, good food, nice garden

Now are they lucky or what?

Absolutely none. Most I know have compatible moon-sun aspects.

Three months into a V/V relationship with my woman. Was going absolutely swimmingly until she pulled one of those famed Virgo disappearing acts. However this one was planned and for the right reasons.

I know this virgo guy and he keeps complaining about his virg girlfriend. But in a good way virgos do - I think. And don't worry about disappearing acts. They mean nothing in the grand scheme of things.

I can seethe potential problems two V's may face; the nitpicking and constant criticizing. But I'm still floored how amazing we've complimented eachother so far. We took a 10 minute break one time to analyze a problem in the bedroom and were back on track in no time.

^I think Virgo affection is self-sacrificing in a way.
Same sign couples force each other to grow the most - I think, 'cos there's only two of the same to make it work. It's either a make or break - if they make it, it means they have transcended themselves - seems like both have to take dual roles and initiatives. Certainly not an easy relationship, but the most fulfilling.

In total agreeance. So far I have learned to stifle my critical eye (She has one nagging trait that is very unbecoming of the Virgo sign and that's tidiness, or lack thereof yet I'm realizing that a small mess here and there doesn't mean lives hang in the balance plus I have a 4 year old son and I'm used to just picking it up anyways lol). I'm learning to love myself; trying to become one with my quirks and direct them in more positive approaches instead of binding my gears by trying to rewire myself. I'm learning patience as I'm currently in that "break for perspective" period with her and the days of not seeing her feel like months. Most importantly, I'm learning to let go of something precious; of course if it returns it was love and meant to be. Why does that have to be the hardest part?

I was with one scorpio for 2 years and a different one for 5. Not up to the present though.

we've been together since we were 15. she's a calm, reserved, ''i can handle myself'' type of girl lol. when you're with her, she immediately makes you feel like you're in good hands and girls like that are hard to find these days so that made me wanna protect her even more haha i let her know when we got married that she doesn't need to be so tough all the time cuz i'm here now and i'm not gonna let anybody hurt her.
she's actually a real softie. she loves little kids and senior citizens. there was an old lady that lived next door to us and she went to heaven just a few months ago. my wife's still kinda depressed. the three of us used to have dinner together about twice a month (we knew the old lady lived by herself and she sometimes mentioned how lonely she was so my wife and i would invite her over to our place for dinner...good memories..)

anyways yeah i love being married to another aries cuz we can kinda read eachother's minds haha and it helps that we're both march aries so maybe we naturally think alike or sumthin(22nd and 27th)

i know a scorpio/scorpio couple whose marriage is going real smoothly. they get eachother.

My brother and his gf, been together 16 years (cancer/cancer) turbulent start and a few in between but still strong...wouldn't say hopelessly in love but homely and content.

My married friends are Libra/Libra and they're disgustingly cute. I was with a Gem for four years, but it was a disaster.

my parents are both aries (mom born march 22, dad born march 23 and both were born on the same year)
my brother (october 28) and his wife (october 29) are both scorpios
my grandparents from my mom are both taurus (grandfather born on may 1, grandmother born on may 5)

I know a cancer couple where the guy was a big player until he met his cancer wife who he's had a child with and they are an awesome couple, great family

For the Cap-Cap ones, I don't know them personally, but they're the parents of a girl I know. They have very pale expressions like what you see in the coffins - I don't mean it in a bad way, but they're really subdued expressions, and they look very content. I think 2 Caps with easygoing dispositions can work very well. Just throw away that ambition, and trot together in the fields or valleys below the mountains. They have 2 daughters - one very beautiful, one very ugly. The beautiful daughter is one of the best looking Libras I have seen in my life.

I couldn't imagine myself with another cancer/leo .. certainly not of the same year. I sometimes wonder if i'd annoy the hell out of myself if I met myself. 🙂

That is the thing with same-sign coupling. You *learn* to love yourself, or else it will never work. You need to at least like 80% of yourself to be able to love your partner everyday. There is alot of maturity that will be involved to make this happen.

i've never seen them fight in a hostile way. i've seen them in small debates and those are kinda fun to watch because they both have a sarcastic, dry sense of humor so that's what they use to battle eachother lol and whoever shuts the other person up first with a killer comeback wins lol i don't get involed cuz i know i don't stand a chance in hell against those two so i'm just the referee lol
all in all, they are a fun couple.

as for me, i can't really see myself dating any of the aries boys in my high school...they're a bit...loud. lol
i don't think they will find me interesting. i'm probably too quiet for their liking.
i'm not gonna date anyone until i'm 18. but when i turn 18, i might want to be with an older scorpio man because the ones i know have this authoritative demeanor that i find comforting lol i don't know how to explain it but they sorta have this stern vibe about them but they're not stern in a mean sort of way. they're stern in a caring sort of way. You're only 15. You remind me of my closest friend in HS who was an Aries. I think Aries all take the same path throughout life. She loved Scorpio men too, but they eventually dont work out. There are a few turning points in her life. Her life was filled with bad experiences from 17 onwards - sour relationships with scorpio men, gambling, abortions etc. By the time she was 26, she already turned manipulative, self serving and a player/user. I hope you don't go down that route.

UNROMANTIC/ Virgos ??!! don't tell Sean Connery..

We are the most romantic couple our friends know.( Virgo\Virgo) Heck, we were called the most romantic couple on our honeymoon/wedding aboard ship, and we were not the only couple married on that particular cruise. I write her poetry (not great I'll admit), though some has been posted here, I buy her roses, flowers, chocolates and stuffed bears at least twice a week, just because I love her. I try to whisk her away when she least expects it, to break up her week. We swing dance, dine at the best places and sometimes the most out of the way places. We talk, cuddle and make love till the wee hours. Sometimes we even slip away to camp out at the place we are fixing up, for a little moonlight matinee.

I realize being a man I cannot know everything about a woman, but I do come closer to knowing everything about her than I will ever know about a woman of any other sign.

I know why she cries and why she smiles, I know when to hold her close and when to just stare in her eyes. I know when she wants me to be strong and when she wants me to play. Maybe because I am an August man, and she a September woman we come together easier than if we the same exact birthday.

Either way it's very intense, any not up for that should pass up a same sign Virgo romance.

You - and your wife - must have some Leo because that spices things and brings on the romance. But I apologize, and virgos definitely are romantic in the little things they do for each other - quiet devotion is the word! 🙂

I think Cancer is a very special brand of personality. Loving, home-oriented, caring and smothering in a basic familial kind of way. Which sign can be like that? Only another Cancer.

Ya. A water-sign, especially a Cancer is going to have lots of trouble with an air sign. It's not that we don't have emotion. We just don't express ourselves that way. Air signs are going to feel stifled by the overflow of water because they feel trapped.

Maybe there are some people out there who are mostly air but are fascinated by other peoples emotion, hence extremely tolerant and respectful of it. *Shrug*. There must be some amazing people out there who are 'different' than the rest. Well I like to think so. 🙂

Fascination, tolerance and respect does not give true connection in a deep way. One sign usually feels misunderstood and it is the watersign. Since you like air so much, I hope you find that someone. Your implication of 'amazing' and 'different' seems like a jab, but to tell you the truth, most people are a mix couple. The different ones are those who date the same sign. Look around and you'll see.

I was just fantasizing about a world without astrological rules, or any rules for that matter, if you know what I mean. I never want to lose faith in the possibilities of there being true exceptions to any accepted system, I find them very refreshing.

If I can quote some general sample stats on my end, I'd say that in this world, 99% of people think astrology is crock, or know nothing about it apart from newspaper/magazine blurbs. So, the world doesn't have any astrology rules. Only people into astrology discover rules that suit their perception of the world. Someone who knows nothing about astrology won't go looking for a certain sign - and that is likely >95% of the population. So what do you have to worry about except your own limitation?

You have an Aqua moon, perhaps that is why excessive emotion of another Cancer might put you off too.

The two Caps I knew of were a complete disaster!!

dunno...both my husband and I are Ariens..we were like a house on fire until recently when I found out he was cheating me....am leaving him now ! I am an Aries so I cannot believe that another Arien could be a cheat. I mean Ariens are usually all for it or none at all! Am totally disillusioned .

I'm in a Scorpio/Scorpio relationship. Pretty smooth sailing, none of those weird mind games and hot/cold jealousy tactics that are supposed to bring a scorpio relationship down. I know I upset him when I get stressed out with studies and work (I have a lot on my plate), but I think its a busy person thing and not an exclusive scorpio trait. It may help that we have opposite moons (me Aries, him Libra).

Scorpio-Scorpio seem to be very compatible. I've experienced that Scorpios either love or hate eachother -- nothing in between.

None that I can think of, possibly Cancer...although not entirely sure as the guy could be a Leo.
