Square aspects and awkwardness

I decided to add this here because the astrology forum is a bit too general, plus crowded.
Ok, this is relevant because its concerning relationships with the self, first and foremost.

Do you have square aspects in your chart? Especially significant are squares of sun, moon, asc, venus, merc and mars. Yes, in that order.

Do you feel awkward when you have the square? Simply because you're at cross purposes within yourself. Its like nothing is right. How do you reconcile that?

I realised I have a strong capricorn energy and its tripping up my Libra stellium. My Libra energy hates that capicorn energy, but it cannot be hated, more like reconciled. I also have a fairly strong plutonic energy, and it is embarassing to my Libra energy.

I realised that alot of scorpios with libra energy are embarassed by libra energy. Not if you're a strong Libra energy. Though I do enjoy and respect my saturnian and plutonic energies, they make me emabrassed more often than not, simply because Libra dominates my chart.

Does anyone have similar representations? I just realised this. I hate getting too serious, too dry, too authoritarian, or too intense, vengeful, blah blah. Yes, really.

i have my sun trine all the planets like Saturn Neptune and Uranus and sun sextile juptier im a very kind person and i can chill people up quickly and ma ego is healthy and a good leader

ma moon is sqaure pluto talk about intese feelings i get mad to easly i have a moon trine Uranus which balance ma emtoions a bit

this how it is for me im very flighty i love to joke around so people think ima idiot but not even true i take love too seriously but i hide it very well i love older woman thank you Venus square Saturn it makes very mature to a fault ever since i was a teen i never play with peoples emotions and i hate it wen people do dat to others i guess because of this aspect my lessons are very harsh and it made me grow up to show me people are not who they appear to be plus i just realize dat in order for me to like a person i must respect them lol.

my mercury is square is Jupiter Uranus Saturn and neptune its hell at times but it help my mercury in libra especially the starun square.

also Venus square saturn helps me out tens fold im stern and fair with love

and finally ma mars is sextile Pluto and trine which means i can tell dishonest people from a mile away and im not afraid to fight i cant be fooled.

my sun is square uranus, moon squares midheaven, mercury squares neptune, and venus squares both mars and jupiter.

fuck the awkwardness! i know i am a walking, breathing contradiction but i just roll with it. i make it work for me.

My only squares are to my Jupiter which isn't so bad because Jupiter is generally a positive planet. When things are hard for it it can get a bit over indulgent or inconsistent but at least its not self destructive or selfish or anything.
Sun - cancer. merc - cancer, mars - cancer and neptune- cap all square Jupiter in Aries

Ya, outer planets arent that bad at all.. especially not good old Jupe!

What I actually meant was inner planets, especially ASC, Sun and Moon; if they're square, its major awkwardness.. the bearers should know.....

Most of the time I love it (at least i'm not boring! hehe), but sometimes I feel like I just can't find the right balance...But I have become much better at managing that with age. I am generally much more accepting of the many facets of my personality now. I think I finally realised that I don't have to make sense...And that there is no one single solution for me, but that I need to acknowledge and satisfy each part of my personality in it's own way.

For me personally though, I notice that what I consider to be fundamental aspects of who I am, they never change (such as morals, code of conduct, integrity etc). Even though some other stuff is as changeable as the wind, it's never the stuff that is really important to me.

As an old gypsy that I know once said to me "Squares are just hard work. But hard work often produces the best and most rewarding results!". I gotta say that I agree with her 🙂

That's inspiring! Virgo-Sag does make a very good combi, so you know!
I think the Cardinal squares are the hardest. Like Cap-Libra, Aries-Cancer. Because you know cardinals are control freaks.. when you have a control freak square, its like a trippy.

^ I'd say fixed squares were hardest. Cardinals like to be in control but since both cardinal signs are in your own chart whichever gets to be in charge is still part of you. Cardinals can also deal with change quite well especially when it's their choice.
Fixed stubbornly stay as they are so two fixed signs would just keep pulling you in different directions and it's be harder to get them to work together and compromise.

my moon and ascendent (which are conjuct) in leo are square to my saturn in scorpio and also square to my midheaven in taurus, which are obviously in opposition to one another.

all together, it makes me feel very awkward, lonely, and like i can't relate to others. the moon and ascendent conjuct seems like a good thing, but it makes my emotions too tied to my outer expression, which creates a feedback loop, especially when dealing with others. if i'm feeling insecure, i act shy, which other people see as snobby or just disinterested in conversation, so others don't bother talking to me, which i assume means they don't want to talk to me, which makes me feel more insecure, etc. i tend to need a lot of reassurance that people are being friendly because they want to be, rather than out of pity. the moon conj ascentent also means that i need and like people but also tend to hold them at arms length. plus, i'm a libra, which makes me come off as a bit cold anyhow.

learning about astrology, and learning that it's actually right there in my chart that i've got this problem, i've been able to work on all this and can handle things a lot better than i did growing up.
