venus in gemini

so i just need some advice on this fellow cancer-gemini cusper i've been seeing. things have been really great and he's incredibly affectionate and i've seen him nearly every day since we started to take a our friendship a step forward. just a quick back story, we've been friends for 2 years and i've always enjoyed the conversations we've had. nothing happened in the beginning because he had a gf and i had a bf. we share a lot of the same friends and according to my virguy friend he's liked me for some time (i think it's because i tucked him into bed when he was super drunk and sick lol). anyway, he has a venus in gemini placement and i haven't heard too many good things about that; i've got leo in venus. i remember him mentioning one of the reasons he liked me was that he found me really interesting and that i don't bore him. mentally we connect big time, which is why i wanted to hang out with him in the first place. our communication flows incredibly easily and there is rarely a quiet moment between us. things are great thus far and tonight i'm going to his friend's bday party. anyone else with this placement or know anyone with it?

thanks dabull! that's interesting you mention being playful and witty because i tend to be that way too and so we're both always joking around and teasing each other. things have been going great thus far, but i've definitely have been curious about his venus.

my boyfriend is a gemini with venus in gemini. in my opinion venus in gemini gets a really bad rep abut i totally don't understand why. he's not a liar or a cheater and he has no problems with commitment. what i have observed is that he constantly needs to be doing something. a couple weeks ago there was a weekend when we didn't go out at all and he was dying. he just likes being out with the whole group because he's social and sometimes that's annoying for me because im at my best one-on-one but it's not something that creates problems with us. we're a pretty active couple and we always take classes together at the JC even though we're both done with college, we hike and bikeride and do 5k's. we've been together almost a year and a half and he takes me on dates all the time but i have to come up with the idea of where to go (he has no problem making reservations and paying and ralleying around the cause, he just wants help thinking stuff up). he always enjoys museums, art galleries, specialty gardens, concerts, plays, ANYTHING. he's totally not picky 🙂
