just be yourself and try to make her laugh without looking like you're trying. hope that doesn't sound too confusing. i'm a virgo with an aries moon too...so not much is taboo with me. if she doesn't start asking questions about a specific subject that you guys are talking about, switch to another subject. i'm going off of the aries moon here because the attention span isn't so long if it doesn't hold our interest and we'll just nod but not really listen to what you're saying. don't use too much slang, eloquence is key, but keep it casual. not asking you to speak in pentameters or anything of the like. since she's also got virgo rising, i'd say keep the topics clean and open-minded (we don't start going nympho on you until we're comfortable with you, then you can talk about ANYTHING...but maybe that's just me cause i have a scorp rising, shrug). good luck buddy.
