VIRGO MAN GIVING ME THE SILENT TREATMENT AFTER THE TALK! HELP?

So I've been dating a virgo guy for just over a month now we get on great (I'm a taurus) and its easy and comfortable, like i really believe we could have something. Anyways lately he's been a bit distant and it's made me wonder if he was still interested or not, after some decision I decided to say to him that if he wanted to call it a day that he just has to say and ill respect his decision. He then writ back "Call it a day? You been speaking to your mates or whoever? If you want to call it a day then thats fine, i just don't get where this has come from?' I then replied in short that of course I didn't want to call it a day and that I liked him and would like to see where this was going. I explained that I felt like he was losing interest I also apologised if I had the wrong end of the stick with things and how I was just saying if that was the case I would respect his decision and would rather him just tell me straight up. I did also say I wasn't having a go at all & that I really should have said something in person or rang him. But I have received no response since last night after that message.

Do I leave him to have space and think things over? Is this normal for a virgo? We've never had any problems before so I'm not sure if this is just a glitch and he'll get back in contact or if he's just completely cut his losses with me. It wasn't an argument at all and I think I handled the situation very maturely, however I'm getting a bit pissed that even after I said If he wasn't interested I would respect that he can't even message me to say you know what yeah I'm not feeling this anymore. I just find it very disrespectful. I'm trying to keep my anger in place and not blow up on him as us taurus do, but I just feel like why the silent treatment? Is this normal for you virgos after confrontation? And how should i proceed with it?

All you need is just a wee patience. He will come back eventually if he's Virgo. In my case I was tired of sending him messages first all the time so I stopped texting and two days later he called to ask me out. And he said he loves me on that very day!

I just had a similar situation, give him time. Mine usually come back, not sure about this time.
