I guess I can't say his dick is speaking louder then this mind for all men. It could also be emotional turmoil, or a case of indecisiveness. He certainly isn't letting his mind speak though, because if he did he would realize the drama isn't worth the effort and pick one or neither.

There is no real easy way to explain it then. You'd need to somewhat understand the psychology of humans to a small degree to get it.

I'm with an Aquariusfor 3 years and in this span many times I saw some flirty behaviour of his to some other ladies on his social media but he said that it wasn't him but his friends. He gave me the same reason for many chats and I trusted him. Now on my birthday he became so touchy to my best friend in front of me. He touched her in various parts of hers and that's all in front of my eyes. And, then he explained that he took a revenge from me to make me realise how it feels to get hurt becz 2 years back my ex tried to touch me and I said nothing but walked out of the room. My aqua man scolded me a lot that why I didn't repelled. I want to know if all he did was cheating or not. If he's loyal to me or not. He says he loves me a lot and also cares for me, pampers me a lot. It's been 3 years and we know each otherbut I don't know whether he's loyal or cheating?

If they're both aware that this is happening and are choosing to settle for him then why should he change?

People do remarkable things if left unchecked and with no appropriate boundaries and they're allowing this to happen. If they are that is. In any case its sad but nothing for third parties to do. Its their own twisted triangle of tragedy.
