I do. I usually take the initiative but I have great for women that do it. Even if I before that I wasn't interested you will score points. But straightforward, not mushy mushy.

I don't think I've ever had a girl flat out tell me she's interested. And even when being asked out, they hint at it with something along the lines of, "hit me up sometime if you wanna hang out."

However, I have had girls come on very strong, and this is actually probably how I've hooked up the majority of the time. They don't tell me that they're interested or ask me out, they just kind of throw themselves on my lap and hit the accelerator.

Yes. The myth that men don't like women to take the initiative is illogical (and rarely stated by men ourselves). Just be sure that the guy has romantic feelings toward you.

Also if be aware that if a guy isn't confident enough to ask you out, he's probably not confident in other ways as well.

I think confidence is sexy, so... yes; however, I have an appreciation for flirtatiousness also (in that cat and mouse kind of exchange). I guess, to me, it would mostly depend on the environment I was in, but I wouldn't say it's never welcome.

These are very good news!!! For some reason the whole relationship/dating process seems so confusing and even like you have to be very careful and strategic to get a boyfriend! Its funny. You can just begin by being upfront....

2. you are older, so it makes them even more horny, especially when they think you are HOT

3. they don't want to seduce a 20 year old babe, cause she might not be that hot in their eyes and too much work

4. going for someone older is a challenge, especially when they are hot

5. they think hot older women might not use condoms at all, which turns them on a lot

6. they can be more relaxed and outgoing with women older than them, be more themselves instead of faking things

7. they are not interested in someone their age

8. they know it's easier talking to you, cause you won't check your facebook and Instagram permanently
