I've observed Scorp women commiting to air signs (usually Gemini or Aquarius, Libra not so much) and Sagittarius. I am not a Scorpio Sun so I can't speak much further.
Edit: I have seen a happy double Scorp couple or two. Also some like Pisces but I hear it can be turbulent for others. Anything can work as long as both want it to I suppose...
