There's this show that I love on tv. Its a show about celebrities, they come and get asked a lot of questions by the host & one of the most popular questions is "have you ever cried for a woman?", directed to the male guests. I say it is "popular" because you can see the looks of anticipation from the faces of the audience.

Us women do this at one point or another when a relationship is not going well or after a break up, but nobody really knows if the men we love/loved go through things the way we do. Men hide this kind of stuff very well unlike women. Women like talking & crying over their heartbreaks its no secret.

My question to the guys is, have you ever cried over a woman?

Lol @ the one who sounds bipolar, ninja. Sorry to hear about your mom, mmm.

Have YOU guys cried over a guy?

I cried for one once & it embarassed me even to myself lol, but I was so unbelievably sad and couldnt control my pain. The whole experience made me to laugh at myself lol. I caught it in the mirror & ended up laughing my ass off. Ever looked yourself in the mirror while crying? Its a ridiculous sight lol. The drooping lips etc, its like a wax statue melting before your eyes.

haha well I've only had 4 solid relationships so far, I don't really count anything less than a year or 2. When I form that bond it's hard to let go. I guess I can chalk it up to me being plutonian? pisces dominant followed by scorpio.

It's a hot mess and internal battle lol. WHY are you crying you stupid sulk! Shut up because I want to embrace the pain so let me cry! *rolls eyes* but ah well that's me in a nutshell.

I've only cried in front of the aqua. Once. I was feeling really lonely and literally every time I tried to go to sleep, I would feel like crying. It was inevitable, even though I hate crying. He sat there and held me and it was really cute.
My scorp ex would cry a lot. Whenever we'd have an argument or he was thinking about his life, he would cry. The aqua...teared up once. I think he was more uncomfortable with it, so he didn't full out cry. Though, I imagine after we broke up, he had to have cried. Though, who knows!

The thing about crying like a man, is you don't talk about it ever. Because if you do cry and then indulge in the whole "let's talk about why this happened?" then it becomes crying like a wimp, and opportunistic. So I guess that's the reason you won't get many responses. I have cried over an ex of course. I also cry fairly easy by male standards, but 99% of the time it's over something unexpected and nothing to do with the context I'm sitting it at all and I'll be relieved if there is no one else around because when there is I couldn't possibly explain to them why I'm not crying about what they think I am crying about.

I love this!

I cried over my 1st gf but I was a teenager. That was the last time.

Learning experience and will never do that again after the perspective ive gained.

Now , if Im done with a chick, I just have to make sure I dont see her for a few days until Im over it so i forget about it.

But Ive seen some things on FB about men actually taking breakup harder than women that I thought was pure BS

Because Sags move on rather quickly...we don't dwell on things....but I do think a lot of guys DO take breakups harder than women.

Especially if it was a long-term relationship or marriage...the woman normally bounces back a lot quicker...she gets all I N D E P E (you know the rest) and goes and does what makes her happy. I don't see that the case with men. They get too used to having a woman around to take care of them.
