How do you know when your compatible? If you are compatible, will that person ever froget that important piece of what makes a relationship and last but not least, do you have to be compatible with your mate or significant other?

you have same interests and values, and a plus is if you hit it off right away ~ but that doesn't always mean you are compatible, its what you both want in life that makes two person compatible. Same hobbies, interests, etc.
