girls expressing first?

guys what do you think about girls expressing their feelings towards you first? is it a turn off even if you like her in return? would you accept your feelings in return? do you want to always make the first move——?

I'm actually contemplating on expressing my feelings to a friend of mine right now but his hot & cold attitude isn't making it easy , but I think if you have feelings you should let them out before it's too late.

Happened to me twice in highschool. Thats when I realized I was an android because I malfunctioned the first time.
