I started reading more about starsigns and the astro charts. Started analyzing my relationships with family, close friends and ex bfs and seeing the good and bad parts of each relationship (eg: communication, emotional connection, response in life situations.. etc)

The way I try to find this out in a simple way (so far) is through matching our rising sun(personality), sun(nature), moon(emotions), mercury(communication), mars and venus(approach to love and expression; by seeing if a man's mars is compatible with my venus, and if a woman's venus is compatible with mine)

Also I find those compatible together are: fire&air, air&earth, water&earth, earth&earth(especially when communication is concerned), water&water(especially when both moon signs are water)
(other combinations like fire&fire or earth&fire always have nonsolvable troubles in one way or the other)

I need you to let me know how you measure it? and if the way I'm observing it is right?

I am new to this so no attacks please

Numbers, I have an excel/program (that I keep somewhere, because I have an Aries moon and I don't finish anything...) where I match all planets with all planet of other person. You simply have a table that you find somewhere in cafeastrology that matches all signs. Apply that to planets in signs and do the maths, => bigger the points, bigger the match. Additionally, planets with planet have relations, some planets don't like each other and others love each other. Take that into account too. And whatever you see.

I have a post here somewhere where I do my calculations and for me and my wife, my maths sum to libra (hers) vs gemini (mine), wich is a perfect match. (we are Pisces and Capricorn sun by the way 😉)

Good thinking adding elements, I didn't used that yet for my calculations.
