In what you said above, you really didn't address whether you thought his concerns were valid or not .. only that you want to win him back.

He sounds like a pretty mature guy .. there's issues that he won't overlook, and if they can't be resolved by the participation of both parties .. then he walks.

I did told him that I could compromise and give in to him but it still can't satisfy him. I tried to give him reasons to stay, but they just don't seems to work. So can i know what are the 'good reasons' you mentioned?
