Does Nah mean Yes in Dating Communication

My friend just sent me screen shot where she asking her man

Are you thinking of jumping my bones?

He says: Nah

I said SOB how could he?

She said Nah means Yes!

Is she full of it? Or every state has different language now?

Oh! But how can she be sure of it?

He isn't really dedicated participant.

She texts him daily 3 times at least and he rarely responds.

So...she could be right OR he could say no! Right?

It's like we would never know...
