Virgo coworker confessed his feelings, what now?

Hello all, TL;DR - A virgo coworker, with whom I had the best months at work, confessed that he is into me for some time now. I am virgo as well, he told me that he comes to work excited, constantly thinks about me, shared that he is willing to change the way he lives and does things since we met, because he saw how I don't approve some of those things.

And here's the plot twist, bois : we both have partners.

So when he confessed I shared there were some times that I've also felt the same way, but I've tried to hide and forget about it, since I love my boyfriend and I know that having a crush or liking someone is in our nature, we just gotta brush it off and not act on it, right?

But now it seems a bit complicated, since we both kinda confessed and we spoke about it. He told me he does not expect anything from me, that he is breaking up with his GF and that he just wants to spend time with me, without flirting or any of this. OK BUT NOW I AM LEGIT CONFUSED.
