Why would a guy text you how's your day and then when you write back he ignores you?

I kinda feel that way about him too lol it's why I didn't message him
He's at work.
He's driving.
His phone is on silent.
His phone is off.
His phone battery died and he didn't have his charger.
He read the text but got distracted by work and forgot to respond.
There are literally a ton of reasons. Chill out and stop taking things so serious and personal. It's a freakin text dude.

He was already asleep.
His phone was turned off.
His phone was charging and on silent.
Jesus Christ dude! He texted you the following day.
How is it ignoring you...? Most people have work or school or other shit going on. If he gets back to you and it's not immediately after you sent the text it's not the end of the world.
Your gonna have to get over these insecurities you have if you want to ever have a successful relationship.

with one guy I straight up went off at one point and go “I don’t know why you waste your energy asking me how my days going when you’re not going to reply anyways. there’s no point and now you’re just wasting your and my time.”

Texting is not communicating. Communication happens face to face.
Playing games is texting your dude while you know he's busy at work and then pouting when he doesn't text you back immediately.
