Young man looking for guidance

So my ex girlfriend tried to make contact with me but from what my friend says, it's nothing.

She's contacted me before but the other times it was thru email, Snapchat, and she'd call me from a blocked number and we'd talk on the phone almost all day. But everytime that'd happen, she wouldn't tell me whether she was still with her bf or not until she'd deemed fit I guess. So I'd be th dumb one who gets overly attached and ends up hurting. Her uncles told me awhile back she was already panning to get married soon so I figured "no sense in waiting/wishing/hoping for US to get back together" so I eventually found myself a very loving woman who's helped me a whole lot!

Although, I hate leaving stones unturned and my ex called me twice last week when she tried to follow me on Instagram and I delete the request. Got 2 calls from her but once I picked up she hung up really quick.

Maybe it's nothing? Or idk?

You're right, for a person I used to admire so much she's no longer who made her out to believe. I see her for what she really is now and I just gotta accept that. I shouldn't be worrying about squabbles that are related to her anymore because they're not helping me heal in anyway. Thank you ??

Your ex loves attention when she wants it. She knows you will give it to her. That is why she keeps coming back. It's probably only when she's fighting with her boyfriend

You have found someone better. Stop looking at the past or you'll never be able to move forward with the new girl

Focus on what you have now, a loving woman. Don't let ex-Gfs control you like this, don't waste time on them. Don't live in the past, move forward.
