Depends on other placements. I'm a Pisces but all my other major placements are in Air or Fire, whereas my bf is a Sag with his other major placements in Water and Earth so it actually works well...

Based on my experience with my ex-sag:

1) They lie a lot; mostly to achieve their end; sometimes to cheer people up.
2) They have an anger that goes to the hilt. You don't wanna be around them when they are really angry.
3) They are very good analyzer of people. They can figure you out and present a tailored form of love for you.
4) They don't reveal too much about themselves. They hide. To this day, I keep guessing what his real intentions were. Two months after he broke up with me, he said "he has not really dumped me". At that time, he was seeking some monetary gains so that was his attempt at wooing me back.
5) They don't let go of you completely and put you in the friends zone. From time to time, they want to woo you back when they see that you are off to someone else. Again their competitive streak.
6) They hate clingyness

One thing I will say about a Sagittarius man, is they are very cool and nonchalant about pretty much everything including love. To them life and love should be fun and adventurous. You shouldn't be trying to figure it out, you should be enjoying it. Too much naggy, fussy behavior will drive them away. (This includes constantly prying them about their feelings and emotions). They are a —fly by the seat of their pants?? type of guy and their partner has to be able to keep up or get left behind.
