Actually, I am dating a Sagittarius guy for 5 months now, and we get along pretty well. Sometimes there is misunderstandings but talking it out will do the thing.It is possible to make it work between you two. If you both get along pretty well, then it should be fine. Just be straight forward with it and tell her bluntly. I wouldn't say this for most Cancer's but they do like a guy who knows what he wants and is straightforward with honesty. No games and not sugarcoating.
If you know her pretty well and how she is, just be prepared for the things you haven't seen before when you do date her.

Can you elaborate more on you being her bestfriend and lover? That does not make any sense, there's always a fine line between a lover and a bestfriend, at least for me.
What makes you think you two are lovers? Did she show any loving affection towards you? did she ever say that she likes you more than a friend? did she ever stroke you caress you kiss you hug you cuddle you (the list could go on)?
Have you been playing her this whole year so she feel unsafe settling down for you? If you want a Sag to settle down, you need to assure her that it's safe for her to do so and the feelings is mutual. Sacrificing our independece means A LOT to us and we wont do it for people who are half trying. Go big or go home. If you show her that you're coming at a full force, she'll come at you full force prolly even more forceful than you.
No I will never play her I love her so much. I have try to be there for her all the time when she seperate from many boys. No she never kiss me, touch me I respect woman I respect her. We go 2 of us alone sometimes have fun and laughing. She say she's comfortable with me

Dude, she views you as a BESTFRIEND with no romantic interest, how can you not see that? Sags are extremely physical, at least she'll hold your hand or touch your face or rub your head if she likes you. 1 year and no physical contact = Friends, ok? Move on, you seem to be a nice guy. I just see this match often is all.
The way I see it, your only option is to be bold and confident and tell her straightforward, that you love her. She will either give you a try, or disappear. But the way you're going, she's going to disappear anyway, so you have nothing to lose.
