Do you have trouble talking when you’re liking someone but talk like an open book when it’s a friend vibe? And the friend vibes guys always seem to think you like them?

I'm usually saying random things to everyone. I'm a pretty open book, but I may clam up a little if I think I've made it awkward or weird or upset the vibe. Like "oh shiz, I ruined it" and then I disappear for a bit to ultimately overthink everything when it was fine to begin with...lol. I'm quick to get on with things so it's never that long.
