Help! Trying to understand this (sag) man

I'm a LEO by the way. We knew each other about 6 years back because we used to work with each other. We liked each other and sometimes showed one another how we felt. Well..... we changed different job locations and o stopped contact with him and all the sudden he sent a message on twitter saying he missed me. I never responded. Forward 6 years later and I sent him a message on twitter saying "hi" and hoping everything was alright with him. That started a conversation. And at the end I told him I had to go. It he gave me his number. I texted him some work info. A couple days later. Since then.... we were texting non-stop and reminiscing on the old days. He even started getting a little kinky through text, asked me if that was okay with me and I said it was fine. It was all fun texting him and we even sent kinky little photos of each other after he kept insisting and I budged. This was basically a whole week. All the sudden texted him, he didn't reply for a couple of hrs and he said he was sorry because he was busy with school and essays he had to get done (which is true.) I texted back saying "no problem school comes first" but now we haven't texted a week and he can't even text a hello or anything to at least let me know he's still at least interested or something. Basically I feel like he has disappears and is no longer Interested. I have him stuck in my head. I've read so much about a saggitarius man and how they are supposedly "bad" with texting. I'm so lost about what to think at this point. I don't want to bother him. We follow each other on social media and I post constantly random things about what's going on with me, I feel like I know he sees it, but he doesn't even budge if if he's supposedly "busy".

SIDE NOTE: he seemed really into me. We I would text him and he wouldn't hear from me the night before he would call me "babe or I missed you,and would constantly say don't disappear on me."

My question:

1. What's going on with him?

2.is this normal behavior for a Sag.?

3. Should i text him later on in a couple weeks? Or will that push him away even more?

4. Should I NOT text him and he'll come chasing me again?

How far away are you from him? You need to close the gap home slice. Texting is boring if there's no escalation. Just ask him when did he get so boring and plan a road trip to meet up. The beast will do the work for you.
