Honesty in the Zodiac

A certain thread in the Capricorn section made me want to post this one. Let's educate @Yellowsaggitarius about astrology a little more.

So which sign out here is capable of honesty as well as dishonesty?

I believe all signs are capable of both. However which is the best liar and the best truth teller?

Assuming nothing bad is going on, they are all capable for and do indeed lie, but their reasons may be different but all plausible from their own point of view.

Hmm.

IMO. Scorpios are the best liars. They can tell a lie and not feel remorseful about it.

Taurus+Pisces-best liar, will do it seemingly also for no reason, almost as a sport and in a way they know you know they're lying also. *confusing*

Libra + Capricorn-worst liar, generally pointless and can bring about more drama than its worth for them. Written all over their face. If they are having to lie, something has gone very awry somewhere in their life.

Oh my ex Cap lied about stupid things. It got to the point that I didn't know what was real.

Example.....he always told me that he was born in 1975 and his drivers license stated the same. After years together he told me that it was really 1972 and a mistake was made on the paperwork when he moved to the US. He goes between the two so much that I never got the truth. I have no clue.

When we met he used to wear the gold necklace with a horse head charm. He always told some big elaborate story about him being in the war and the charm represented a enemy that he had killed to save his friend. Years later his brother mentioned that it actually belonged to him. It was a gift from an old girlfriend that loved horses!

He exaggerates and lies so much for no reason. I never understood why.

My grandfather and mother are both aqua and they are both straight shooters with no patience for b.s.

The best liars I've experienced in real life: Sagittarius, Pisces, Scorpio, Capricorn, Libra, Aquarius, Cancer, Virgo, Taurus, Aries

The most honest I've experienced in real life: Capricorn, Scorpio,

Caps are pretty bad liars in general. You should be able to tell fairly easily.

I have read many times that people from 3rd world countries, like Africa, Middle eastern, asia, who were born super poor have no records of their birth, so they go by memory if the mother and people who were around are still there.

that old war story sounds like he had a dream and connected it to the horse chain. lol

maybe he is delusional?

after I hear a lot of delusional stuff I just shrug and go, well that's just how it is. i'm super tolerant though so I just think, well if he's/she's harmless and it's all make believe in their head, (i'm sure lots of people do that around here too) they are just imagining how it could be and wishing and hoping?)

not trying to justify but it sounds like he wasn't a bad person just delusional.

Maybe if that were the only lie I would agree with you but I could write a book. He lies to everyone, not just me. When we were married he would include me in the stories. People would come up to me and ask about my best selling novel or my car accident and I would be dumbfounded.

Interesting ones lol. I have good friends both male and female Caps and ive dated one-he was a bit of a disaster but also had a goodness in him. I genuinely hope he finds happiness despite all sh*t that went on. He was a bit like an errant kid lol.

I am an awful liar younger and never got anyway with it with my parents. So is honesty the best policy yes no matter what. I have that cancer rising can read my facial expressions so after realizing lying is bad I don't. White lies I have heard spew out mouths though and I'm like I used to lie and now can spot it.

I have asked questions before and got an answer in my gut that is sicking. it was to avoid judgment or hurt feelings from the other person. When I ask again it changes often actually. But you said this and that I remember. Blah.

who you are as to why you're so sensitive. I answered a question. Detriment is a negative, so confused on why you think I said that Aquarius are perfect?

best truth tellers depends on what you mean ....if you are talking about someone that will tell you how it is right up front ARIES...if your talking about someone that will always tell the truth but only after they have been "caught" saggie ...

best liars in my experience ...liars by omission of information cappies, scorpios and libras....straight out fibbers geminis and pisces

I lie. I admit it. I lie sometimes when I call in to work and tell them that I am sick but am really just feeling lazy.

I lie when I tell someone that I already have plans instead of telling them that I don't want to go to their sales party.

Sometimes, when I'm asked how things are going I tell them "great" instead of admitting that everything is a mess.

When I was younger I used to do what I like to call my own PR. I'm in a small, gossipy town so I would put my own spin on a story concerning myself and tell the biggest mouths. People were going to talk about me anyways so I made sure that my side was out there too. Sometimes, I would embellish that story a bit.

now if someone was to ever call me on a "sweet lie" and they have i.e why the hell didn't you come to my house warming party ...I NEVER pretend that they are in the wrong ...I just kind of cringe and try to make it up to them ...— also I am aware that it would be a lot easier to be honest in the first place but ...um ...yea...

also I don't lie about IMPORTANT things ...cause that is a breach of trust ...

..and fortunately my friends know that I would never do anything to intentionally hurt them...so we have talked honesty and openly about what is ok and what's not ok ...being sensitive myself I understand that just cause something wasn't a big deal to me ...doesn't mean it wasn't a big deal to someone else ...do you think that your friend intentionally tried to screw you over? and if they didn't ...is there anyway she/he can repair your relationship?

The closest people in my life are cancerians, boys and girls, friends and family and work colleagues and ex bf lol ... I catch them all lying. It was always a lie to get them out if trouble, or get away from confrontation, or for them to just escape anything no matter how small or insignificant that thing is... In the end it's all for the sake of keeping their image good (if not perfect) infront of me or others.

It makes me cringe when I hear em lying, the same moment I know what the truth is. Lying is also a deal breaker for me in a relationship... So no matter how small a "white lie" is.. It can lead to breaking someone's trust in them. So I wish cancerians are careful in that area ... Uh whom am I kidding?! Lol

Truth = Bring the embarrassment now and be done with it. Lie = Save the embarrassment for later with the added factor of +10 fold. If you lie, the truth will come out sometime later and embarrassment that come after will be worse. To me if you tell the truth, you're better off.
