Sagittarius are so self conscious?

So I watched one of those Alyssa Sharp videos a couple nights ago and she was talking about how Sags are really self conscious deep down. I never thought about it that way. Sags are one of my favorite signs and ruled by my favorite god, Jupiter. I have always thought of Sags as being really up beat and optimistic people who are on this 'prophecy high' of fun and laughter. What do you peeps think about Sags?

sags are ruled not by the god jupiter but the planet jupiter. Just a thought.

Several of my good friends are sags and im in a relationship with one. Deep deep insecurity....they are like the most amazing people though, capable of anything....

No, child like yes to certain areas of life so it makes them look insecure yes def. But overall I think sags trust their own thoughts at the end of the day.

Just as insecure as the next.

Maybe it is the fact that they are so utterly optimistic about life that they are also kind of insecure lest something strike that optimism down...

introspection breeds self consciousness and or insecurity and they are a fire sign that seems to think like we do to a degree so its not surprising to me.

Lol. They are not self-conscious. Do they have self-esteem issues? A lot of them do (in my experience), but that's not the same thing. I love Sags, but I also pick up on their subtle (YES, they are CAPABLE of subtly) opportunities to be adored. I've noticed a pattern that they will often compliment someone / the person they like / the friggin' cashier at Target on something they already have mastered. < Hard to imagine? Okay, say you're talking to a Sag. He's a writer, and he says something along the lines of how you use big words, have a vast vocabulary and they are trying to keep up. That is your opportunity to say, "But you know lots of words!" And then they're satisfied. You not only feel good because they complimented you, but they feel good too because you reaffirmed how talented they are, and none would be the wiser...

Sags *may* have self-esteem issues but I find that they are usually unfounded.

They don't give themselves enough credit in areas where they aren't sure of themselves.
