Two main reasons a sag would come back...

If you dumped him first, he was confused by it and legit misses you.

Or

He ran out of women to sleep with and is starting his rounds with you.

He misses you and wants you to come over— Sounds like a booty call. He's going to continue to come back as long as you allow him to. I have a Sag friend who I dated 10 years ago, who still to this day, tells me he misses me and wants to hang out, whenever he's in town.
