I just keep over analyzing. He told me he has a hard time putting his feeling into words... I don't really expect anything serious, I just feel like I don't want to waste my time trying if he really doesn't want to spend time with me. He's told me he does want to spend time with me, I just don't see that in his actions..

I think many women are irrationally afraid of seeming "needy" or "clingy." I don't think I have yet to read a thread started by a guy that complained about a woman giving him too much attention.

Yeah, it's crazy, in all my over analyzing and trying to seem not needy, I've become someone I'm not. I'm a straight forward person and when I like someone I want to spend time with them and they know it. I've never been in this situation before and every time I've ever been paranoid about him rejected him he hasnt, so I think I'm just being nuts. He just really got to me. Not to sound arrogant, but I've never slept with a man before that didn't want to hang out all the time after.. so because it's been 2 weeks, I'm freaking out about it..

So now he's been texting me back replying to things I tell him I'm doing as if I asked him to go.. I'm just replying to his texts of telling me what he's been doing, telling him what I'm up to. It's like he assumes that me telling him what I'm doing is an invite..what's this about? He still hasn't asked me out again..

Stop replying to his text. You're encouraging LAZY behavior by being too accessible.

You're being too common and too familiar with him which encourages loss of interest.

Some men need to FEEL the thrill of missing a woman. He has to THINK about you in order to miss you in order for another date to occur. He has to wonder about what you're doing if you're not with him and who you're with if you're not with him. There is no mystery that compels him to move forward. You're just there and as long as you're just their then he can drag his feet, there is no sense of urgency if you're there, accessible, waiting on him.

I dumped the text messaging and emailing men after I realized I was using it too much. I was encouraging laziness and apathy/disinterest. When I was dating the man that I eventually married he had to call me to get at me.

Yeah, I'm done, no more contacting him..

I texted him one last time to get things off my chest. I'm not a person who needs constant attention, but when your actions show me I'm wasting my time, I can't put up with it.

This is what I said.
Alright Mr ***s.. I do like you and want to spend time with you, but your actions are telling me pretty loudly that you don't want that, so I'm not going to waste time trying anymore.

Of course I got no reply, I was hoping he respected me enough to say something, but I was wrong..

Do you think I screwed things up for good? I do really like him and hope hell come around. Part of me regrets sending thay, but my logical side tells me if he doesn't feel the need to reply, than he really isn't worth wasting my time. What do you all think?

The only thing I got out of this is the fact that we don't have Sizzler in our area anymore....all the Ponderosa's closed up shop too! 😭

I haven't been to a Sizzler since I was a kid.....we ate at restaurants a lot.

Ponderosa was my Pisces son's favourite place to go.....can't say it was the best place in the world but, for whatever reason, he really liked that place. Between his libra moon and my libra venus.....it was fruitless to ask the other where they'd like to go (LOL).....so, Ponderosa was just the default when neither of us wanted to make a decision 😛

Quit your whining and just go to Golden Corral! There's one at every highway exit ramp in the state!

GC, believe it or not, has some of the better quality food in the industry. Much like White Castle.

Yeah and St. Elmos here in town. It's aight.

Not to brag but I don't go out for steak. I run up to Zionsville to the fancy butcher, buy steaks from a cow raised 15 miles away, then grill them myself. They are just as good if not better.

Plus I can drink an entire bottle of Cabernet with said steak without worrying about the drive home.

I'm overly nice I suppose. He told me he just got out of a relationship right before he met me, He told me he has a hard time articulating his feelings into words, he told me he gets depressed, when we are together he is very intense. He seems to just have a hard time communicating..

The only thing better than GCs buffet is the Shoney's breakfast buffet LOL.

My experience with a Scorpio man, who sucked at communication - he actually called me at every number I had, sent 2 emails to follow up those calls - that actually said, kid you not. "I just called" because maybe just maybe I didn't see the calls, the 2nd one he realized what he said and in his defense, added - "please call me, when you have a moment". Then got me on the phone to clear up any miscommunication - and kinda held me hostage on that phone until we were both clear. The bunny is right - they will work at it, if they want to. Don't let him half ass it, live your life sister, if he wants you, he'll come for you.

So this morning I feel the need to text him and clarify things, I don't want him to think I've given up on him.

So he messaged me profusely apologizing for not being in touch with me, syang there's something big going on at work, but he knows that's no excuse and he hopes I can forgive him. I told him he's lucky I miss him. He said he's more lucky than he deserves, but I can't help but think he's just stringing me along. Keeping me hopeful so I don't disappear, so he can hit me up when he's bored.. part of me wants to just give him time, but I haven't heard from him in a few days after this.. Damn it..
