Are white lies part of Scorpio secrecy?

How often do you Scorpios tell white lies to avoid giving out information? I've known some people (Scorpios to be exact) who tell stupid easy to catch lies to avoid admitting something that really isn't all that important. Do you do this? Is this instinct or deliberate devious behavior? I know it is not limited to just Scorpios. We all as humans do this, but I am wondering specifically on Scorpios since you are the most secretive.

I really hate catching people in white lies and when I do it makes me think of what else they could be lying about. I am usually pretty good about calling BS when I hear it and the Scorpio I last caught in a small lie quickly apologized and tried to excuse them self from the situation. It just makes me suspicious.

A white lie is a courtesy. It is told to avert social embaressment to yourself or others, and to avoid the inevitable discomfort caused by such a situation. The trick is not to lose sight of what is a white lie, and what is just plain lying.
