From the posts I've read from you about this Scorpio guy, he isn't interested in you the way you're interested in him. He probably knows you're ignoring him but either doesn't care or understand why, and has concluded that he should just keep on living his life. And even after what you're putting him through he has still offered you an invitation to hang out. I think you've made a lot of assumptions about him and your other friend that aren't accurate and that are only hurting yourself.
