Do Scorpios tend to mask their feelings if they aren’t ready?

I slept with one on nye. It was my good friend’s brother. We promised to keep it a secret.. and I am fine with that. We later talked when she wasn’t around about everything bc I wanted to see if he regretted it. I also wanted to know if it was just sex. He told me he didnt regret it at all but knew we couldn’t be together because his sister would find it weird and apparently she discussed it with him, not necessarily the sex part but the idea of us. I’m just really close to the family.

I asked him if in time he’d ever see it happening and he said not really. I asked if he’d ever do it again and he told me not sober, but drunk. It hurt a bit but I didn’t let him see it. He then told me he would always see me as “me” (only he said my name) but around everyone else I would be like his “sister.” Since everyone in the family calls me that. I did see much concern like he asked when I last got my period, etc. (We had unprotected sex.)

I guess I wanna know if he’s just trying to keep the peace with the family or if he’s just plain not interested but trying to be sensitive with me and my feelings? I always thought scorpio men and women viewed sex as an intimate/attachment like thing so I guess i expected it to not just be sex?

You’re right. My deepest intuition is telling me to just wait and see, like let time do it’s thing and I guess that’s my greatest challenge. He said that yes, then said he’d be with me if he’d met me somewhere else or outside of the family. I do know my friend talked to him earlier in the day, before we spoke and said how weird it would be for her and everyone else if anything happened between us. Thank you. I appreciate the positivity. I do have to admit that the negativity is not something I fall easily into. I’m a Taurus sun, leo moon.. stubbornness is who I am. But it does help having some positivity thrown into the mix.
